Google Local – Parte 2
En el anterior post sobre Google Local: “Google Local Listings: atraer tráfico de manera fácil“, quedaron algunas preguntas sin resolver y muchas de ellas giraban entorno al mismo tema: “cómo conseguir ser el numero 1 cuando hay otras 50 compañias listadas“.
Si tenemos más de 50 competidores en la misma área, entonces puede ser que no hayamos escogido un buen mercado, un buen nicho. Tendriamos que plantearnos la validez real de este espacio que queremos ocupar. Competir en un mercado tan amplio nos supondra siempre mas tiempo y esfuerzo. De todas formas sólo por intentar competir al mismo nivel tendriamos que estar listados en Google Local.
Trucos y estrategias:
- Google Local se basa principalmente en Palabras Clave. Es la clave del éxito.
- Necesitamos referencias (por ejemplo enlaces ricos en contenido) hacia nuestro sitio web desde otros sitios. Google los busca y los importa, y te mostrara mucho mas grande dandote mas autoridad.
- Utiliza la palabra clave escogida para el nombre de tu compañia. Por ejemplo, Compañia de Pizzas Pepperoni opuesto a tan solo Pizzas Pepperoni. La palabra clave aparecera resaltada y mucho mas clara en los resultados.
- El contenido del anuncio ha ser exacto a lo que ofreces, a lo que estas haciendo. Si no se considera SPAM y estate atento a ser eliminado.
- Es muy necesario trabajar con direcciones y numeros de telefono unicos.
- No me creo que no puedas crear backlinks hacia el contenido de tu anuncio. Creeme, funciona porque lo he probado.
- Enlistate en cuantos directorios o indices puedas. Esto generara mas autoridad a tu anuncio.

La implementacion
Actualmente tengo mi negocio (.net y .es) listado en el Top 10. Me supuso sólo un par de dias aparecer listado por las 3 palabras claves a las que opte, lo que es tremendamente mas rapido que esperar al proceso normal.
La unica razon por la que soy el numero 2, es porque el numero 1 tiene MUCHOS comentarios. Pero esto cambiara.. creedme 
Recuerda pero que el exito radica en el analisis de las palabras clave
Google importa automaticamente referencias de otros sitios. Asegúrate que las tienes.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
